Great place in every aspect. Clean rooms, a mini bar fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, and a writing desk. Quiet atmosphere of the venue. Nice welcome from owner. Setting short walk to restaurants and a prominent church and the historical center of montepulciano.

Bad free Wi-Fi.

Everything was GREAT, me and my wife loved the stay. The host showed me the property. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven in the room. There was a bathtub in the private bathroom. The window was facing city. Near Osteria Porta di Bacco, just 5 minutes walk.
